Ensure you fulfill all six Core Classes for your real estate license renewal with this comprehensive course, each segment comprising one hour on Fair Housing, Code and Rules, Broker Relationship, and Hot Topic. The Hot Topics section covers the latest Contract changes for 2025. The Code and Rules segment addresses OREC marketing and advertising regulations. Completing these four hours of mandatory education satisfies part of the renewal requirements for your Oklahoma real estate license every three years. You will still need to take 6 hours of Contracts and 3 hours of Professional Standards then you have the flexibility to fulfill the remaining 17 hours from various elective categories.
