The Broker In Charge class is a comprehensive, two-day course offering 15 continuing education credit hours for Oklahoma real estate agents/brokers. Designed to equip brokers with the essential knowledge and tools needed for effective brokerage management, the class covers a wide range of topics, including licensing requirements, business operations, broker responsibilities, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Participants will receive a detailed binder that outlines key areas such as record management, broker supervision, compensation structures, fair housing practices, and the intricacies of trust accounts and property management. The class runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, with lunch provided, ensuring a full day of learning and engagement.
